Good product, minor shipping hiccup

I purchased a custom text neon sign for my home bar. The design tool was intuitive, and the final product looked sharp and professional. The brightness is perfect, and the remote control for dimming and effects works well. Delivery took about 12 days to reach Austin, which was a day or two longer than the estimate, but it arrived in perfect condition. The mounting hardware was included, but the screws felt a little cheap for the weight of the sign, so I used my own. Overall, a good experience and I'm happy with the sign.

Detailed feedback on my business logo sign

I ordered a custom business logo neon light for my coffee shop. The design process on their website was straightforward, and I appreciated the proof they sent before production. Shipping took 10 days to reach Seattle, which was within the estimated timeframe. The sign itself is well-constructed; the acrylic backing is sturdy, and the LED lights are bright and even. I chose the dimmable option, and the remote works perfectly. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about mounting options, though their initial email response felt a bit generic. Overall, a solid product and experience, but the power cord could be a bit longer for easier placement.

Cool sign, easy order

Got a gaming room neon sign for my setup. It arrived pretty quick, like 2 weeks after I ordered it. The setup was easy, just plug it in. Looks super cool! The dimmer remote is a nice touch, though the wire could be a bit longer for my outlet.

Always a reliable choice

This is my third sign from Custom Neon, and they're consistently good. I ordered a business logo neon light this time, and just like my previous bedroom neon light and coffee shop neon sign, the quality was top-notch. It took 18 days to get here, which is about standard for them. The packaging is always secure, though I did notice a tiny scratch on the acrylic backing this time, nothing major but worth noting. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they deliver.

Good value for my money

I was looking for a custom name neon sign for my son's room and found Custom Neon. I signed up for their newsletter and got a 10% off code, which was a nice bonus. The price felt fair for a custom item, and the quality of the sign was better than I expected. It took about 3 weeks to arrive, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but overall, it was worth the wait for the savings.

Good quality, fast shipping

I ordered a custom name neon sign. It arrived quickly and looks great. Installation was easy enough, even though the instructions were a bit small. Happy with the purchase overall.

Reliable as always

This was my third order from Custom Neon, this time a gaming room neon. Just like before, the quality is consistent and the sign looks fantastic. My first order, a couple years back, took a bit longer to ship, but they've definitely sped things up since then. Always my go-to for unique signs, even if the packaging is a little bulky.

Decent value for a wedding sign

I bought a wedding neon sign during a holiday sale. The discount made it feel like a good deal compared to other places I checked. It arrived packaged well and looked exactly like the design. The remote for dimming was a nice touch, though the battery cover felt a little flimsy. Overall, it was worth the price for our special day.
